| Zakir Mohamed |

Zakir Mohamed, co-founder of Global Legal Solutions is also partner of MC Law Offices in Mauritius.He is a member of the Bar of England and Wales. He has been practicing law in Mauritius for a decade. He covers areas such as International Commercial Law, Information Technology and E-Commerce, Litigation: Commercial and Corporate and Financial Services.
Zakir assisted in the introduction of Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services in Mauritius. The law in Mauritius is evolving more towards Arbitration and Mediation/Conflict Resolution approach. Zakir has contributed in finding a swifter and more effective solution for clients in comparison with the long and weary process involved in litigation and the delay often involved before cases are actually heard in Court.
Zakir was the legal adviser for a world renowned Engineering and Construction Company “Constructions Industrielles de la Méditerranée (CNIM)” which brought a multi-million dollar project to Mauritius for the implementation of an Incinerator to convert Waste to Energy. He has also acted on behalf of clients in business transactions and negotiations in respect of contractual disputes. Zakir has carried out negotiations at Government/National level and vetted Memorandum of Understanding and various Contracts. |

| Nazmeen Imambaccus |

Nazmeen has gained most of her experience in London, UK. She is a member of the Bar of England and Wales. She has spent the recent years developing her experience in Criminal Law and Public Law, more specifically Family Law, Employment Law and Mental Health Law. She recently moved to Mauritius to practice as a Barrister.
Nazmeen has extensive marketing experience, especially for legal departments. Prior to moving to Mauritius, Nazmeen had set up and marketed for a prestigious solicitors firm based in Temple, London in setting up two of their legal departments. She carried out the marketing for the departments in the boroughs of Greenwich and City of London. |

| Ismaël Rhyman Saïb |
As well as being a member of the Mauritian Bar, Ismaël has appeared on several occasions before the Law Lords at the Privy Council. He is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Ismaël has experience in all forms of criminal law, predominantly as a solicitor, either appearing at the Magistrates court himself or as an instructing Solicitor at the Crown Court (England and Wales). Having worked in a busy ‘legal aid’ Criminal Practice for several years, Ismaël is very familiar with the regulatory and compliance burden placed on all practices by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, in particular all the implications that those practices face in trying to comply with their professional obligations under the Code of Conduct.
Having previously worked in the Construction Industry as a Civil Engineer in the UK and as a management coordinator on a £89 million contract, Ismaël is particularly at ease when dealing with contract variations. |
